There is no mystery in how much you will be billed. Ever over-paid for a business service and wondered why? Our rates are competitive and we charge by the number of transactions for your business and not by the hour, as most bookkeeping services. There is no prestige pricing here!
Our bookkeeping rates start at $75.00 a month for a business with 25 transactions per month or less. For 50 transactions the rate is $100.00 monthly and for up to 150 transactions the rate is $200.00 per month. This rate includes your financial statements (Profit/Loss, Balance Sheet) and bank reconciliation for your operating account. Additional bank account reconciliations are $15.00 each.
We are always available to answer your questions and concerns. Better to have good information beforehand, than to make a costly error prior to making an important business decision. We promise to give you straight answers.
Our hours are flexible, including being able to meet with clients on evenings and weekends. We can also come to your offices if needed.
We also offer consultation on setting up video for your business to introduce yourself to new customers.
